Adam Loeber’s Family

(August 21 2016) Adam Loeber, a Chicago car dealer, was born in 1975. He grew up right at the time of German reunification, after the fall of the Berlin Wall, and the perspective gained in his upbringing has inspired him. He hopes to share his experience – and that of his family – when he retires, writing a personal memoir on the events which he witnessed from abroad as a student in the U.S.

(June 19 2017) Adam Loeber was born in Chicago, in 1975 to a loving Jewish family. His parents, Carole and Michael, still live in Chicago today with Adam’s sister Sherry. Though he currently lives in Chicago, and has lived in California for over two years, Adam continues to visit every few years to see visit friends.

(April 16 2016) Chicago based motor and car dealer Adam Loeber grew up in Chicago until he attended Berkley University in 1993. After graduation, Adam knew he wanted to pursue a career in spots cars, and moved home and starting working on the idea soon after. Working with professional mentors, and able to absorb information quickly, Adam soon found himself selling dozens of Mercedes and porches each month. Though his career started on a high note, it took a few years for Adam to be able to move out onto his own and start an independent dealer. His mentor and friend William was an experienced car dealer, so Adam took after him for his own specialty. With persistence, Adam eventually convinced his partner to lend him the startup needed to begin his own venture, once his mentor retired. His father was a dentist and his mother an accountant for a local insurance company, so they were able to provide a comfortable home for him and his siblings.  Adam attended high school in the public system, where he achieved excellent marks in classes and planned to attend a prestigious university. His plans changed, however, when he decided to apply to Berkley University on a whim. Not only did Berkley accept him to their college, but they also provided him with a full scholarship for merit, as well. Moving to California was a tough transition for Adam, although it was made easier because he was already friends with a couple classmates from elementary. Adam always had an interest in sports cars. (January 6 2016) Chicago motor car dealer Adam Loeber has a happy and healthy family life. As a child, his parents Carole and Michael were doting parents who took great care of him and made sure he was happy and healthy. Today, his parents live in their home city of Glenview Illinois, where Adam’s sister Julie takes care of them. Adam continues to see to his family regularly, often visiting for every Shabbat Friday night dinner.  Adam met his wife, Mary, in college 1993 from a mutual friend Adam Schnitzer. They became fast friends and started dating soon after they met. Wanting to focus on their education, however, they only married after graduation in California so that they could concentrate on getting their careers started.
